Man, yesterday was awesomeeee, the filming of the dance clip for Candy was fun as. I woke up at 7 in the morning ==” got ready and took the hour and a half trip to Campbelltown.

When Candy arrived...OMG when I saw Candy I was in disbelief; she was dressed in drag like Lionel Richie haha. The dance clip was to Lionel Richie’s song “All night long” and she was lip synching to it. It was for her show “Who’s That Chik” a hip hop theatre piece about her life.

Anyways I was there at 8:30ish, damn it was cold like hell. The MoveMent boys were late... as usual ahah. I got to meet the film crew with their big ass camera haha. Oh and me and the boys got to work with Polytoxic, a Brisbane-based dance ensemble creating theatrical performance works which draw from Polynesian, contemporary and street dance styles.

The morning was tiring but it was fun as well, even though it took 2 hours to film a one minute scene ==” after that, we went to Candy’s place to do more filming, and her WHOLE family, from the young to the old, was there to help. We got there and did more filming. Then it was lunch, damn there was so much food, it was awesome as man. I got to play with the little toddlers who were really fun, because they were so small and cute.

Then more filming afterwards, by the end of the day I was getting really buggered. I couldn’t stuffed to dance so much. But soon the day was over and everyone said their goodbyes. And I took the hour and a bit trip home and fell asleep on the train haha

WOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHOOOOOOOOOOOO I MADE IT, I EFFIN MADE IT!!! I made the audtions!!! I am now a PAID actor. Far craziest. day. ever.

Far yesterday was just surrreal. Man, one or two acts before I was on, I was so bloody nervous. All I could hear was heart beating, was so hard it actually started to hurt ahaha. But when I heard my name called it everything returned to normal and I did my piece, I looked at the pannel while I was doing it and saw them smiling, which gave me relief but still though...haha. I finished and I heard applause which is a good sign ahah. Everyone had awesome audtions pieces but other audtions pieces to note of :

Kimberly, hell she may not be that much of a confident person or anything... BUT SHE HAS THE VOICE OF AN ANGEL, one of the judges on the panel started crying, thats right CRYING, thats how good she was.

William, shit he's is gonna be something one day, he triple threat man, Act, Dance and Sing. And his rap just blew away Busty, one of the judges. Freaking awsome.

Alexia, her piece got everyone in the room emotional, a very moving piece.

Sandra, hahah she made me laugh, her piece was just funny and awesome, beautifully done.

Tim, yeah he's just blew us all away when we heard him sing for the first time, his voice is just absolutly wonderful, and everyone in the room were the first to ever heard him do so.

Mickey, this guy is a motherf**king genius, unluckily he wasn't hear as much as the rest of the group and didn't know we had this. Everyone had a good couple of days to prepare for this. Mickey had half and hour. He left us all, including the panel, on the floor laughing. motherf**king genius.

After that we gave out certificates, photo's, started to sign each other's certificates, eating. Discussing who we think would make it and everything, then we had a workshop that we go towards the decission making. Everyone did a hella cool shit.


Then the annoncement of who would make it. Everyone was dead silent, listening to Candy. She gave comments on everyone. This is her comments on me, to the best of my recollection haha.

"Kevin, you are just one of them great actors. People say that you have to be a big person or something to be a good dancer, but you are proof that they are wrong. People look at you and see you as someone who have a small mouth, you out to prove to them yeah you've got a small mouth, but a big bite. You are out to show yourself to everyone. "

After she had spoken about everyone, she went on talking on more, and also said that those who have made would be guranteed a job in the entertainment industry. At that moment you can tell everyone wanted this even more.

So then, it was time for her to call out the names... you can tell everyone was nervous, people were looking across the room to each other and nodding...for some reason I don't know, ahah I guess it was some primitive thing haha. The names started calling out, I was sitting there nervous until I heard "and thats why the next person i'm going to invite is...Kevin" Man you could not believe the relief that I felt, oh the things I were doing hahah.

After all the names were called, there was a change of emotion in the air, while Candy spoke words of assurance and encouragement, most of the group began to cry. It was an emotional time. After everything had been done there were tears all around and a hell of alot of hugs. It was a big emotional day.

But it wasn't over, me, Will, Fesuai and Phil were offered to be in a dance clip this Sunday, bloody stoked bout that.

Motherf**ker today was tiring like hell. Woke up at 6 in the damn morning -.- (and was hella cold as well) for the last week of the PYT thingy. The workshops were good I guess, but I have to do a performance piece tommorow... not looking forward to that, but I'll be alright... I hope hahaha.

But one was awesome today... STAGE COMBAT WORKSHOP, ahah that shit is freaking mad as. Now I know how to pretend to smash someone up LOL but it leaves your body bit aching though =="

OHH.. you know what else... I HAD THE MOST AWESOME KEBAB TODAY, seriously it was the yummiest kebab I've ever had. The cook looks a bit shifty, but as long the foods good I'm happy =D

Well my joy didn't last long, as I had to go home in the rain... not as fun as you would think, but I sang "Singing In The Rain" on my way home LOL

Next I asks how have I changed she says “don’t worry” I say “fine”. She then says “See, before you always use to say tell me now you’re just like fine”

I really hate when girls play them mind tricks on you... Any girls that are reading this let me make it hella clear and the guys will agree with me on this, DO NOT SAY ANYTHING LIKE “NO I’M OK” OR “NOTHINGS WRONG REALLY” IF YOUR NOT!!! Let me clarify for you that boys are simple ignorant creatures, if you say anything like that boys will believe it, so just say what you’re feeling so then we can fricken help you!

But in the end in worked out, I mean I can’t stay angry at Vy, love her too much. Turns out that she thought those two girls were gonna "steal" me away from her and she had other stuff going on and didn’t want to tell me, I was disappointed that she didn’t wanna tell me because she didn’t want me worrying about her stupid things. I told there’s nothing to stupid that she can’t tell me, because that’s the reason I’m there.

Frick man I’m pissed, last night I got told off for an hour or something cause of my phone, which I admit it was my wrong doing, but still getting crap. And people have been giving me shit cause of Leo's birthday, bloody hell why should I get told off if I don't wanna waste my money on such freaking expensive things.Then today my day with Vy was cancelled... at the last minute, which pissed me off, but yeah it wasn’t her fault. But I’m really missing her and make me wonder if it’ll work out. So I’ve spent the whole day at home, feeling pissed and sad, and there’s nothing I can do about it. I just hope rest of the week is gonna be better. Ah shit still haven’t started my legal essay yet...

Ah far man I've had this account for how long but couldn't be stuffed to write In it, haha I only did this cause I saw Ilah's blog which looked alright, so I thought I’ll give it a go.

Anyways the past 3 days have been tiring like cause of the dancing/acting workshops. But they've been hella fun, though I am sick of the song "Freeze" now, freaking danced to that for like a bloody hour or something, met lots of new awesome people, and me and Nicky have been able to spend what she calls "bonding time", ahah she’s a funny one Nicky. Candy, the lady running it all, is pretty awesome, she a mad dancer, rapper and actress. I really hope I’ll make the auditions, if I do I get PAID, that’s just like bloody awesome. If I don't make it, at least I still got the netball/channel 10 thingy so that’s gonna be sweet as, haha I hope William has thought of a dance by now.

ARGH!!! I lost my freaking wallet, it only had like $10 in it, but I have my bus pass, train pass, id card, Video Ezy card haha, ah so pissed about that, I could've sworn I left it at the coffee shop but went there this morning but nothing, so pissed. And also I haven't been turning up to work, at the chemist for the last 3 days, so boss is gonna be pretty pissed, but hey I get paid $7.50 an hour so like what the hell.

Well at least I got Sunday to look forward to, meeting up with Vy for the movies and everything so that so be good, hmm don't know what we're watching yet. But yeah, I love her, she's awesome, puts a smile on my face every time I hear her voice =)
